And so we arrive at the final juice of the day.. number 4.. this should carry you on safely into the evening.. remember to drink water, and herbal teas if you fancy.

in the vitamix.. load it up..add water to liquify
in the juicer.. juice the apple, pear, carrot, celery,spinach, kale, cucumber, courgette, beetroot, lemon, ginger.
in the blender.. ice and the contents of the juicer.. give a quick whizz, pour, wallop!

DAY 3.. JUICE 3

People have been saying they are experiencing headaches..well the only way i have ever shifted headaches before, and without resorting to more chemicals in the form of a tablet, is to drink plenty of water, rehydration is the key and the cure..

Right people we should be flying into this 5 day detox by now.. our headaches if we had any yesterday should have passed, we should be feeling a whole lot more enlightened as some of our unwanted toxins have being released.. so on we go

DAY 2.. JUICE 4...

it's the last juice of the day..taken between 5pm-7pm.. then afterwards have a mint, green or herbal tea and or some water..

Do remember to exercise, 45 mins minimum, go for a walk, a run, a bounce, just keep moving..

again.. if you have seperate juicer and blender.. then you do this..
juice the apple, pear, pineapple, lime, cucumber..
blend the avocado, wheatgrass, spirulina, hemp and ice
combine the two and whizz again.. pour, consume, wallop!

DAY 2 .. JUICE 3..

Now we should be rolling,our bodies should be adapting this afternoon to the past day or so's changes. yeah you'll still feel sluggish and you may have a headache, but don't worry, this is normal when you are consuming natural foods and kicking those bad toxins out..remember also to consume some water..it'll help.

Blend the ice and the bentonite clay.. add both mixtures together, and whizz again..

DAY 2.. JUICE 2..

Day 2... Juice 2...slightly different from yesterday.

DAY 1 wasnt that bad eh.. remember its all in the ' MIND'.. you are still consuming food, healthy food, with no additives or any chemicals, natures finest, and if others are trying to convince you otherwise...they are JEALOUS..so carry on for 5 days.. and you will notice the difference, oh, and so will they - WALLOP!

Detox Day 1 .. END

Finish off with a herbal tea.. green, mint, fennel, or just plain water..

Day 1 and 2 are always the hardest as your body has to adjust to not eating solids, but by Friday, you'll have wondered what the fuss was all about as you would have shed a few pounds and opened your mind into an alternative way of living.

And remember to exercise, as nothing works better than fresh juices and at least 30-45 minutes of moving your body.

DAY 1.. JUICE 4

Number 4 is a natural protein packed juice with slow release carbs that will keep you going for the rest of the day.

this morning i have gone all exotic and over to south america for my ingredients, as its sunday, and i am going to be out for most of the day, i need a protein packed glass of goodness to send me on my way.
