1 apple
1/2 pear
1 carrot
chunk cucumber
slice pineapple
slice mango
handful spinach
1tsp wheatgrass
1tsp spirulina
ice
juice.... the apple,pear,carrot, cucumber, pineapple,lime,spinach
blend.....the mango,wheatgrass, spirulina, ice
combine... both, quick whizz, serve, pour, wallop!
