information on whats in the glass

Broccoli is also known as calabrese in the UK; broccoli is said to protect against many stomach disorders and its high levels of selenium give it potent anti-cancer properties, as long as it is eaten raw

Important health benefits that have been associated with consuming Pak Choi include its abilities to aid in healthy digestion. It is high in vitamin A, vitamin C, beta-carotene, calcium and dietary fibre. and vitamin B6.

Brussels sprouts are loaded with vitamin A, folacin, potassium, calcium.

But unlike most vegetables, Brussels sprouts are rather high in protein, accounting for more than a quarter of their calories.

The carrot is an herbaceous plant containing about 87% water, rich in mineral salts and vitamins (B,C,D,E).
Raw carrots are an excellent source of vitamin A and potassium; they contain vitamin C, vitamin B6, thiamine, folic acid, and magnesium.

Kale is also an excellent resource for vitamin A and vitamin K

Kale is also well known for its carotenoids, especially lutein and zeaxanthin, which prevent damage to the eyes from exposure to ultraviolet light.

Celery is a diuretic. It is rich in both potassium and sodium, the minerals most important for regulating fluid balance, stimulates urine production, thus helping to rid the body of excess fluid.

Parsley is one of the world's seven most potent disease-fighting spices.

Parsley is a nutrient powerhouse containing high levels of beta carotene, vitamin B12, folate, chlorophyll, calcium, more vitamin C than citrus fruits, and just about all other known nutrients.

Pears provide a good source of fiber, vitamin B2, C, E, copper, and potassium.  They
are an excellent source of pectin, which is a water soluble fiber

Ginger contains anti viral, anti toxic, and anti fungal properties, and is used for the prevention of and treatment against the common cold
