CINNAMON, COCONUT & POPPY SEED BREAD




3 cups wholemeal flour
1tsp bicarbonate soda
2tsp cream of tartar
50g desecrated coconut
45g poppy seeds
50g cinnamon
2tbsp brown sugar
good pinch of salt
100ml buttermilk
wallop in oven for 60 minutes on 180 degrees
