Bananas contain tryptophan, serotonin and norepinephrine, which help alleviate depression and also help one to relax. The B vitamins found in them also help to calm and soothe the nervous system

Celery: contain vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, C, E, K, PP and minerals such as iron, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and zinc. Vitamin C contained by celery strengthens the immunologic system and at the same time makes the body more resistant against new diseases.

Calabrese Broccoli: This green powerhouse packs vitamins C, K and A as well as folate and fiber. It’s also a good source of manganese, potassium and magnesium.

We can now identify over 45 different flavonoids in kale. With kaempferol and quercetin heading the list, kale's flavonoids combine both antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits in way that gives kale a leading dietary role with respect to avoidance of chronic inflammation and oxidative stress.

Yoghurt is rich in potassium, calcium, protein and B vitamins, including B-12.

Fresh mango: is a very rich source of potassium. Potassium is an important component of cell and body fluids that helps controlling heart rate and blood pressure.

Lime: There are two main causes of Gout. While the first reason is accumulation of free radicals in the body; the second is accumulation of toxins, primarily uric acid.

Ginger: May provide migraine relief due to its ability to stop prostaglandins from causing pain and inflammation in blood vessels.

Apple: The natural fibre found in Gala apples is pectin. Apples possess more pectin than any other fruit. A diet high in fibre-rich apples has been shown to reduce blood pressure and prevent colon cancer.

Cucumber:The alkalinity properties found in cucumber juice helps to regulate your blood pH and neutralize acid in your system. So, cucumbers are beneficial for anyone with digestive problems.

Kale: is very high in beta carotene, vitamin K, vitamin C, lutein, zeaxanthin, and reasonably rich in calcium.
kale also helps to maintain the normal blood sugar level and hence, is very advantageous for people suffering from diabetes.

Spirulina: is revered as the Superfood because it is a very rich source of various kinds of vitamins.
It contains about 70% protein, the vitamins E, C (beta carotene) and B complex, a number of minerals, phycocyanin and chlorophyll.
