MILK & HONEY

Monday.. rain and wind.. not a great day outside.. but it shouldnt stop anyone feeling good inside.. experiment time again.. and another number one result... this one is a bit bizarre..even for me..

In the juicer

4 sticks purple broccoli
handful spinach
1 stick celery
generous slice of ginger
1/2 raw beetroot
In the blender
1tsp hemp protein
1tsp bentonite clay
1tbsp honey yogurt
ice
