For day 4.., a slightly different juice for the wake up.. you should have had your slice of lemon and hot water, then consume this little number
2 apples
1/4 lime
handful grapes
1/4 avocado
chunk cucumber
1/2 stick celery
ice
Juicer.. juice the apples, lime, grapes, cucumber, celery
blend.... avocado, ice
combine... the two, extra whizz, pour, serve, wallop!
