DAY 2 .. JUICE 3..

Now we should be rolling,our bodies should be adapting this afternoon to the past day or so's changes. yeah you'll still feel sluggish and you may have a headache, but don't worry, this is normal when you are consuming natural foods and kicking those bad toxins out..remember also to consume some water..it'll help.

























1 apple
chunk carrot
1/2 stick celery
handful spinach
handful curly kale
chunk cucumber
chunk courgette
slice raw beetroot
slice lemon
slice raw ginger
1tsp bentonite clay
ice

if using a vitamix.. just throw everything in, add some water if required
if using a juicer and a blender..
Juice the carrot, apple,celery, spinach, kale, cucumber, courgette, cucumber, beetroot, lemon and ginger...
Blend the ice and the bentonite clay.. add both mixtures together, and whizz again..
