DAY 2.. JUICE 4...

it's the last juice of the day..taken between 5pm-7pm.. then afterwards have a mint, green or herbal tea and or some water..

Do remember to exercise, 45 mins minimum, go for a walk, a run, a bounce, just keep moving..























1 apple
1 pear
slice pineapple
1/4 lime
chunk cucumber
1/4 avocado
1tsp wheatgrass
1tsp spirulina
1tsp hemp protein
ice

again.. if you have seperate juicer and blender.. then you do this..
juice the apple, pear, pineapple, lime, cucumber..
blend the avocado, wheatgrass, spirulina, hemp and ice
combine the two and whizz again.. pour, consume, wallop!
