day 3.. upon rising.. slice lemon and hot water.. just to get you moving..you should be feeling sprightly.. and you've probably shed a couple of pounds without even realising it..
1 apple
1 pear
1/4 lime
slice pineapple
chunk cucumber
1/4 avocado
1tsp wheatgrass
1tsp spirulina
ice
juice the apple, pear,lime, pineapple, cucumber.
blend the avocado, wheatgrass, spirulina, ice
