COCO-BERRY

this morning i have gone all exotic and over to south america for my ingredients, as its sunday, and i am going to be out for most of the day, i need a protein packed glass of goodness to send me on my way.





















5 physalis berries
1 golden delicious apple
slice fresh pineapple
handful raw oats
1tbsp coconut yogurt
ice



phylasis
a good source of vitamin C, beta-carotene, iron, calcium and trace amounts of B vitamins. 

pineapple
Excellent source of vitamin C and manganese. It’s a very good source of vitamin B1. It’s a good source of vitamin B6, copper, magnesium, and dietary fiber. 
Bromelain is is a proteolytic enzyme (enzymes that digest protein) found in pineapple.

apple
A large Golden Delicious apple contains approximately 115 calories. The bulk of these calories come from 30 grams of carbohydrates, including fiber and sugars. Around one percent of this apple's calories come from protein. The Golden Delicious apple provides ample doses of vitamin C and potassium, and smaller doses of B-complex vitamins and healthy polyphenols
coconut yogurt
coconut yogurt contains approximately 30 percent calcium, 30 percent vitamin B12 and 25 percent magnesium. Coconut yogurt also provides probiotics, healthy bacteria necessary for digestion.
raw oats
