5 physalis berries
1 golden delicious apple
slice fresh pineapple
handful raw oats
1tbsp coconut yogurt

a good source of vitamin C, beta-carotene, iron, calcium and trace amounts of B vitamins.

Excellent source of vitamin C and manganese. It’s a very good source of vitamin B1. It’s a good source of vitamin B6, copper, magnesium, and dietary fiber.
Bromelain is is a proteolytic enzyme (enzymes that digest protein) found in pineapple.

A large Golden Delicious apple contains approximately 115 calories. The bulk of these calories come from 30 grams of carbohydrates, including fiber and sugars. Around one percent of this apple's calories come from protein. The Golden Delicious apple provides ample doses of vitamin C and potassium, and smaller doses of B-complex vitamins and healthy polyphenols
coconut yogurt
coconut yogurt contains approximately 30 percent calcium, 30 percent vitamin B12 and 25 percent magnesium. Coconut yogurt also provides probiotics, healthy bacteria necessary for digestion.
raw oats
studies show that eating a daily serving of oats not only lowers total cholesterol levels, but also reduces the risk of developing heart disease. In addition to being rich in heart healthy soluble fiber, oats offer a variety of other nutrients that boost health.
oats are considered a “superfood” because of the vast array of essential nutrients that are not only needed by the body but also boost overall health. Oats are a cereal grain that provides complex carbohydrates, B vitamins, fiber, and minerals such as phosphorous, iron, selenium, and calcium.
