SPICY WINTER SOUP

you can either do this in the vitamix or boil everything down in a pan on the hob and then blend afterwards, either way, its an ass kicking soup, just what you need on a rainy night in london

1 leek
1 stick celery
1/2 red onion
1 potato
1 birds eye red chilli
1 clove garlic
dash nutmeg
dash paprika
2 tomatoes
handful chick peas
handful green beans
salt+pepper
