Detox Day 1 .. END

Finish off with a herbal tea.. green, mint, fennel, or just plain water..

Day 1 and 2 are always the hardest as your body has to adjust to not eating solids, but by Friday, you'll have wondered what the fuss was all about as you would have shed a few pounds and opened your mind into an alternative way of living.

And remember to exercise, as nothing works better than fresh juices and at least 30-45 minutes of moving your body.
