DAY 1 wasnt that bad eh.. remember its all in the ' MIND'.. you are still consuming food, healthy food, with no additives or any chemicals, natures finest, and if others are trying to convince you otherwise...they are JEALOUS..so carry on for 5 days.. and you will notice the difference, oh, and so will they - WALLOP!
1 apple
1 pear
slice pineapple
1/4 lime
1/4 avocado
chunk cucumber
1tsp spirulina
1tsp wheatgrass
ice
If using a vitamix.. just throw everything in..
if using a juicer and blender.. then juice the apple, pear, lime, pineapple, cucumber.
and blend the avocado, ice, spirulina, wheatgrass.
