RED ARROWS

full of natures finest ingredients..RED ARROWS.....

chunk courgette
chunk cucumber
6 red grapes (seeded)
2 plums
handful blackberries
1tbsp natural yogurt
ice

Courgettes are 90% water, low in calories and fat. They contain vitamins A and C, plus folate and potassium.

The flesh of cucumbers is a very good source of vitamins A, C,and folic acid. The hard skin is rich in fiber and a variety of minerals including magnesium, silica, molybdenum, and potassium.

Many of the health benefits attributed to red/purple grapes are due to the pigments that are concentrated largely in the skin and seeds, which have about 100 times higher level than the pulp of the grape.

Plums contain fibre, potassium, vitamin A, calcium, magnesium, iron, minerals, and vitamin C, are low in fat and contain no calories.

Blackberries are also rich in manganese and vitamin C. It is important to have adequate vitamin C as a lack of it can weaken our immune system, which in turn can make you stressed and run down.

The primary benefits of natural yoghurt are simply a result of the potassium, calcium, B12 and other B vitamins and protein that it contains.
