handful fresh gooseberries
handful rocket / argula
handful watercress
1 stick celery
1 banana
1 apple

gooseberries are an excellent source of vitamin C,a good source of vitaminA,calcium, iron, and phosphorus
Gooseberry strengthens heart muscles. So the heart pumps blood flawless throughout the body.

Rocket greens are a good source of vitamins A, C, K, and folic acid. All the nutrients in rocket / arugula come with a mere handful of calories per serving.

Watercress is a good source of vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, E, manganese, and carotene. It also contains calcium, fiber, iron and copper.

Celery has a high content of vitamin A, whilst the stems are an excellent source of vitamins B1, B2, B6 and C with rich supplies of potassium, folic acid, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, sodium and plenty essential amino acids.

Bananas have a chemical called tryptophan – the same chemical that turkey contains. This mood regulating substance contains a level of protein that helps the mind relax so you feel happier.

Apples are useful in treating anaemia as it is rich in apples. Anaemia is the deficiency of hemoglobin in the blood which can increased with the intake of iron rich diet such as apples
