In order to be a champ, you need to start everyday with a ' champion' outlook
handful blueberries
1 carrot
1 apple
1 pear
3 florets broccoli
chunk cucumber
ice
juice the carrot, apple, pear, broccoli, cucumber
blend the blueberries, ice
combine the two, extra whizz, serve, pour, wallop!
