Fill your body up with essential vitamins and minerals, oh and a few other superfoods

handful spinach
1 carrot
1 small apple
1 small pear
slice pineapple
1tsp spirulina
1tsp wheatgrass

Vitamix: throw the lot in, add 1/2 cup water
Juicer : juice the spinach, apple, pear, pineapple
Blender: Spirulina, Wheatgrass, Ice
Combine: everything, extra whizz, serve - Wallop!
