this morning.. I'm in a rush... plane to catch.. so i want something that will keep me going till i get to a juice station this afternoon..whack a bit of the damned on the stereo... and you have ' NEW ROSE'

in the blender
1 banana
handful blueberries
1tsp manuka honey
1/2 cup water
handful strawberries
handful blackberries

pour .. serves 2/3.. wallop!
