 this morning.. I wanted a change.. I didnt wanna go all green again.. I was missing something..i wanted an energy boost.. even more than i have,so out came the big guns..and here we have " The Continental " loaded with energy to give me the perfect boost on a chilliy London morning. Enjoy.. and Wallop!

1 apple
1 passion fruit
1 tbsp maca root powder
chunk cucumber
1tbsp soy yogurt
1 stem chard
2 sticks celery
slice ginger
2 stems fresh spinach
handful of blueberries
