This morning on Wallop! we have a wee smoothie, packed with vitamins and minerals, you name it, its innnit.. innit..

B,B1,B2,B6, C,E, Beta-Carotene, Folic Acid, Niacin to name but a few.

Good for anti-ageing,healthy skin, shiny hair and good blood  and the taste is ooh-la-la...

Handful frozen strawberries
Handful frozen raspberries
Handful frozen blueberries
Handful frozen blackcurrant
Handful frozen mango
2tbsp natural yoghurt
1/2 pint soya milk
Handful of oats
