Poached Ben's Hens Organic Eggs in Water and White Wine Vinegar
Pan-Fried Asparagus, Sea Salt, Black Pepper
Toasted Wholemeal Pitta
HUGE handful of Chopped Parsley

Couple of cups of Matcha Tea..sweeeeeeeeeeet dudes!

Enjoy..and after that loaded juice this morning..it don't get no better..maybe a quick trip to the bedroom for a monumental finale..:)
