It couldnt get any easier for a morning refresher!!

1 raw beetroot
slice pineapple
1 clementine orange
1 pear
1 apple

The beta cyanin in beetroot can help detox your liver, having a knock-on effect for your bloodstream, by helping the body to eliminate toxins and potentially preventing the build-up of fatty deposits.

Pineapple is great for the brain and fights memory loss, sadness and melancholy.

Clementines are rich in vitamin C, folate, fiber, potassium and antioxidants, which will help boost your immune system.

Pear skin contains the majority of the fruits’ antioxidants, so for the full benefits the fruit should always be eaten with the skin; the chlorogenic acid tends to accumulate in the pear skin.

Research has shown that people who eat fruits and other high-fibre foods gain a certain amount of protection against Parkinson’s, a disease characterized by a breakdown of the brain’s dopamine-producing nerve cells.
