fresh fruit is a wonderful thing, fresh exotic fruit is even better.. here is le freak.. wonderful.

1 passion fruit
1/2 pommegranate ( seeds only)
1 fig
slice mango
1tbsp natural goats yogurt

Pomegranate seeds are a good source of two essential vitamins, C and K

The pomegranate fruit is low in calories, high in fiber, high in vitamins and high in phytochemicals that may promote heart health and help to prevent cancer.

The phenolic compound found in mangoes has been found to have powerful antioxidant and anticancer properties.

Being high in iron, mango is said to be very good for pregnant women as well as for people suffering from anemia.

Figs are full of fibre, they are one of the most fibre rich foods. Because of this, they may have a laxative effect.

One study found that eating just two medium dried figs caused a significant increase in antioxidant activity in the body

Passion fruit is a good source of vitamins A and C, as well as potassium and iron. One passion fruit has only 16 calories.

The fruit is quite high in carbohydrates and simple sugars, which improves athletic performance.

Goat's milk yogurt does not contain agglutinin, which prevents the fat in goat's milk from clumping. This factor, in addition to high levels of essential fatty acids, linoleic and arachnodonic acids, makes goat's milk yogurt easier for enzymes in the human stomach to digest than cow's milk based yogurts.
