THE MINX

This morning.. I tested something i'd been looking at for ages.. rhubarb.. the chinese swear by it.. also baobab fruit from Africa, Flaxseed, and some of the more usual suspects to create a creamy, healthy and energetic morning juice..




















2 inch chunk rhubarb
chunk cucumber
1 gala apple
1/4 avocado
leaf of chard
handful spinach
handful rocket
1tsp flaxseed powder
1tsp baobab fruit powder
1/2 glass water
ice
