Today i didn't wanna go that crazy fruit and vegetable wise as I'm away from HQ tomorrow.. but as usual.. once i pop i just cant stop.. so here we have another green baby.. with a few interesting twists.. like the sharon fruit, which is high in vitamin c, the dates which are full of fibre and other healing properties, kale is full of carotenoids more than any other green vegetable, swiss chard is full of vitamin A and K, purple broccoli again loaded with benefits most notably vitamins A, C. 

In the vitamix
1 sharon fruit
3 dates
2 stems curly kale
1 stem swiss chard
1 stem purple broccoli
slice raw ginger
chunk cucumber
2 baby tomatoes
1 cup water
3 ice cubes
serves 2
