GREEN CREAM

And yes we do go together.. its just a matter of trying.. here is a delicious mixed vegetable soup.. take a few mushrooms, dash of cream, salt and pepper..  a little bit of this.. and a little bit of that..and you have a crash bang wallop of a soup.

 in the vitamix or on the hob
1 cup water
handful of oyster mushrooms
1/2 sweet potato
1 carrot
1 slice of red onion
1 green cabbage leaf
handful curly kale
2 brussel sprouts
1/2 stick celery
dash of cayenne pepper
salt and pepper
dash of single cream
splash of olive oil
