BONGO ROCK!




















yesterday i was running around the North of England.. good time had by all, but a late one in terms of getting back to the HQ.. and bed. So today a pick me up is in order to replenish the body, the mind and of course the soul..

so today i have gone for the jugular.. the taste is amazzzzzzziiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiinnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng!

2 apples ( Gala)
handful of spinach
handful of frozen mango
2 sticks of celery
1/4 yellow bell pepper
1 banana
1tbsp live natural yogurt
1 stem of Fennel

juice the apples, spinach,celery,pepper, fennel
blend the mango,banana, yogurt
