Phytonutrients which are found in the skin of the apple have be found to slow the pace of colon cancer.
Energy You can get quick and natural source of energy from pear juice, due largely to its high amounts of fructose and glucose.
Throat problem: The pears are in season during the summer for a reason. Drinking pear juice every morning and night helps to cool your body down during this time. It nourishes the throat and helps prevent throat problems.
Passion fruit juice and in particular, the edible seeds, are considered an excellent source of dietary fiber. On average, passion fruit contain about 10-16% dietary fiber

Hemp protein is high in essential fatty acids, with around 80 percent of its total oil volume being made up of healthy Omega-3, -6 and -9 fats
In addition, hemp is less likely than soy to cause allergic reactions, making it an excellent option for those with soy allergies.
Allergy to cow's milk has been found in many people with conditions such as recurrent ear infections, asthma, eczema, and even rheumatoid arthritis. Replacing cow's milk with goat's milk may help to reduce some of the symptoms of these conditions

PRETTY IN PINK
PRETTY IN PINK.. Isn't she
seeds of 1/2 pomegranate
handful of red grapes (seeded)
slice fresh pineapple
slice ginger
ice
Pomegranate seeds are high in vitamin C, vitamin A, folic acid, vitamin E and have a lot of fibers along with potassium, iron and calcium.
Apart from these many benefits for heart, pomegranate seeds are also a blessing for cure of arthritis, osteoporosis, skin allergies, skin disorders, urinary tract infections, sore throats, tapeworms, digestive disorders, blood impurities, osteoarthritis and diabetes.
The nutrients found in grapes have shown promise as preventative measures for a number of chronic diseases, including cardiovascular disease, cancer, and age-associated diseases like Alzheimer’s.
Scientists have measured the health benefit of grapes and found that they contain the vitamins A, B and C, as well as thirteen minerals essential to human life. You will also find vitamin B6 and folate in these wonderful fruits of the vine.
Pineapple, like berries is also high in anti-oxidants. This is responsible in protecting our cells from free-radical build-up that can lead to asthma, colon cancer, and rheumatoid arthritis.
It also speeds up the tissue repair associated with general surgery, diabetic ulcers and injuries.
This fruit also reduces blood clotting and aids in removing plaque from the arterial walls.
The documented health benefits of ginger go back nearly 2,000 years.
Ginger may also possess blood thinning and cholesterol-lowering properties which may be helpful in treating heart disease.

GILBERT GRAPE
three ingredients.. a generous amount of each.. equates to a top drawer taste
red grapes, seeded where possible as the nutrients are in the seed and the skin
a generous handful
ginger.. raw.. a bigger chunk than normal
avocado.. ripe.. all the flesh of an average one
and finally.. BLEND all the ingredients together with ice..
Wallop!
Ginger promotes healthy sweating which is often instrumental during the cold or flu. Along with detoxification, German scientists have found that sweat contains a powerful germ-fighting agent which fights infection.
Cancer prevention. Along with many other fruits and vegetables, one of the health benefits of ginger is its strength in defeating cancer, specifically ovarian and colon cancer. Studies have found that ginger powder causes ovarian cancer cells to die and may also slow the growth of colorectal cancer cells.
Avocado provides a considerable amount of thiamine that modifies carbohydrates into glucose to improve brain and nervous system functions. Riboflavin is also present in avocadoes which are actually a catalyst in releasing energy coming from good fats, good carbohydrates and proteins.
Grape seeds are known as a powerful antioxidant. Antioxidants help protect the body from premature ageing, decay and disease. Antioxidants are needed to neutralize free radicals. But the seeds of the grape are not the only valuable part in a grape. There is a substance found in the skin of grapes, called "resveratrol".Researchers reported in a study that resveratrol is converted in the body to a known anti-cancer agent that can selectively target and destroy cancer cells.

LE FREAK
fresh fruit is a wonderful thing, fresh exotic fruit is even better.. here is le freak.. wonderful.
1 passion fruit
1/2 pommegranate ( seeds only)
1 fig
slice mango
1tbsp natural goats yogurt
ice
Pomegranate seeds are a good source of two essential vitamins, C and K
The pomegranate fruit is low in calories, high in fiber, high in vitamins and high in phytochemicals that may promote heart health and help to prevent cancer.
The phenolic compound found in mangoes has been found to have powerful antioxidant and anticancer properties.
Being high in iron, mango is said to be very good for pregnant women as well as for people suffering from anemia.
Figs are full of fibre, they are one of the most fibre rich foods. Because of this, they may have a laxative effect.
One study found that eating just two medium dried figs caused a significant increase in antioxidant activity in the body
Passion fruit is a good source of vitamins A and C, as well as potassium and iron. One passion fruit has only 16 calories.
The fruit is quite high in carbohydrates and simple sugars, which improves athletic performance.
Goat's milk yogurt does not contain agglutinin, which prevents the fat in goat's milk from clumping. This factor, in addition to high levels of essential fatty acids, linoleic and arachnodonic acids, makes goat's milk yogurt easier for enzymes in the human stomach to digest than cow's milk based yogurts.

RED ARROWS
full of natures finest ingredients..RED ARROWS.....
chunk courgette
chunk cucumber
6 red grapes (seeded)
2 plums
handful blackberries
1tbsp natural yogurt
ice
Courgettes are 90% water, low in calories and fat. They contain vitamins A and C, plus folate and potassium.
The flesh of cucumbers is a very good source of vitamins A, C,and folic acid. The hard skin is rich in fiber and a variety of minerals including magnesium, silica, molybdenum, and potassium.
Many of the health benefits attributed to red/purple grapes are due to the pigments that are concentrated largely in the skin and seeds, which have about 100 times higher level than the pulp of the grape.
Plums contain fibre, potassium, vitamin A, calcium, magnesium, iron, minerals, and vitamin C, are low in fat and contain no calories.
Blackberries are also rich in manganese and vitamin C. It is important to have adequate vitamin C as a lack of it can weaken our immune system, which in turn can make you stressed and run down.
The primary benefits of natural yoghurt are simply a result of the potassium, calcium, B12 and other B vitamins and protein that it contains.

After a couple of nights in Madrid its back to London and I'm in need of a juice as the joys of travel get sullied by the lack of options out there. Anyhow.. this morning is another new creation.. handful spinach
slice pineapple

1tsp wheatgrass
1tbsp bentonite clay
1tbsp baobab fruit powder
slice ginger

Bentonite clay has been scientifically proven to draw toxic material out of the body if taken internally
baobab It has twice as many antioxidants as goji berries, and more calcium than milk. In fact, it may be the richest plant source of calcium on earth. It has more iron than red meat, more potassium than a banana and more magnesium than spinach
spirulina :Weighing in at an impressive 60% protein content, Spirulina is a fresh water alga–actually, a form of bacteria–which knocks both red meat, at 27%, and soy, at 34%, on the ropes in terms of muscle-building potential. And it brings to the ring, along with all that protein, a powerful combination of minerals, including iron, calcium, and magnesium,
Wheatgrass contains all the elements that are missing in your body's cells - especially enzymes, vitamins, hormones, and nucleic acids. Wheatgrass has been proven over many years to benefit people in numerous ways including cleansing the lymph system, building the blood, restoring balance in the body, removing toxic metals from the cells, nourishing the liver and kidneys and restoring vitality.
