BLACK GOLD
After a couple of nights in Madrid its back to London and I'm in need of a juice as the joys of travel get sullied by the lack of options out there. Anyhow.. this morning is another new creation.. Black Gold, it looks black.. but inside its full of special special goodness to eradicate metals, to give energy and to leave skin glowing.

FISH TWIST PIE
I have these bouts of cooking madness once every 6mths.. and tonight is indeed the night.
Ingredients
